For over a decade now, C&M’s partnership with Apex has been bringing boundless joy and laughter to the elderly. Year after year, our employees has been actively involved in charity activities, spreading warmth and compassion, until the unforeseen arrival of Covid-19 that forced us to pause our cherished charitable endeavours.

Thankfully, on the 26 of April 2024, we had managed to reconnect with a group of 72 elderly folks and volunteers, igniting an evening brimming with nostalgia and delight. Together, we savoured sumptuous, reminiscent dinner menus and revelled in the performances of song and dance, graciously provided by Alex from Artistix Productions.

Yet, it wasn’t just about the food and entertainment. C&M showered our guests with surprises—a flurry of lucky draws for 60 fortunate elderly folks and thoughtful gifts for each and every guest. Also, amidst the festivities, we paused to delight those celebrating birthdays in April, adding an extra sprinkle of joy to the evening.

The radiant smiles and twinkling eyes of our beloved guests were the ultimate reward for the C&M team. Every volunteer walked away from the event with their spirits lifted, knowing they had made a difference in the lives of others. These moments of pure happiness are the tangible treasures that fuel our passion, reminding us of the immeasurable value of compassion and community.

As we reflect on this meaningful endeavour, we are humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve. Together, we will continue to spread warmth, kindness, and hope, illuminating the lives of those we touch with love.
