For the Christmas season this year, we held a Christmas Office Decoration Competition to add fun and encourage collaboration across the three countries – Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Teams came together to celebrate the festive spirit in an inclusive way. While our offices reflect diverse cultures and traditions, Christmas became a meaningful occasion that brought everyone together through shared values of love, joy, and togetherness.

Each office transformed their workspace with creative Christmas decorations, filling each office with warmth, colour, and cheer. From festive lights to thoughtfully themed and hand-crafted décor, every team added their own expressions to differentiate themselves in the competition. Colleagues worked closely together, exchanging ideas and supporting one another, regardless of background or role. The experience fostered teamwork, creativity, and connection, creating moments of laughter and shared pride in what were achieved together.

Beyond the decorations and friendly competition, what stood out most was the strong sense of unity. Despite being in different locations and coming from different cultures, we celebrated Christmas as one team.

These moments remind us that our workplace is not only about work, but also about the relationships we build, the diversity we embrace, and the memories we create together.
