Work is where many of us spend a large part of our daily lives. That is why creating a supportive, healthy, and positive work environment matters—not just for performance, but for our overall well-being as individuals.

We believe that wellness goes beyond policies and benefits. It is about feeling connected, supported, and valued at work. Each year, we review our people practices with our employees in mind, ensuring they continue to support meaningful connections and a sense of belonging. Across our business entities, we set aside time for birthday celebrations, festive gatherings, and friendly games and matches—simple moments that allow us to pause, connect, and enjoy each other’s company.

In Singapore, our wellness journey has continued to evolve based on the needs of our people. What started as the pro-family initiative “Eat With Your Family” has grown into the introduction of a Wellness Day in 2026. This gives our employees dedicated time to step away from work, recharge, and care for their overall wellness—whether mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual—without feeling rushed or guilty.

Wellness is also about relationships. Whenever our Singapore team visits our regional colleagues, we make it a point to slow down, reconnect, and spend quality time together. Through shared meals and meaningful conversations, we strengthen bonds that make work more human, collaborative, and fulfilling.
